Firenze opened its doors in 1981 under the management of Anthony Page who owned it for twenty years. Thereafter, Mr.
Manuel Caisaguano, a Latin entrepreneur with a unique charisma and always with a welcoming smile at the door, became
the owner of this fantastic venue.
